This book really makes Hilda's universe come to life. It is also perfect for all ages as it helps children think of Trolberg as a real place and helps them immerse themselves in their favourite world. Whereas for adults who are interested in illustration/animation/character design etc - it's fascinating to see the work put into the universe and glimpse into the behind the scenes of such a successful series. Also just side note everything in this book is GORGEOUS. It is so well written and illustrated. I highly recommend it for any Hilda fan.

I really loved this guidebook for Hilda's world. The illustrations were wonderful throughout and capture the magic of the TV show and the folklore that is a big part of the show. I especially liked how the maps were made with lovely texture and detail, that has splashes of nature and wilderness with watercolour. There are so many fascinating facts that really wow you over the depth of the storyline and environment in the show. This is an excellent gift for any fan of the Hilda series!

This book is absolutely beautiful! It's gorgeously illustrated and produced and full of facts about Hilda's world - from Trolberg to the wilderness, this really allows you to dig deep into the whole world. There's plenty of information on the characters and all the different creatures here too and it's endlessly fascinating. My daughter and I are both massive fans of Hilda and we absolutely loved this - I can't recommend it enough!
