A great book and highly recommended for all teens. The plot is simple yet unimaginable and thats what makes it so great. Plenty of action and discovery throughout the book. It's one of the best books I've read so far.

A fantastic book about what it would be like if everyone aged 15 and over suddenly vanished and your town was trapped under an impermeable dome far from adult intervention. At first it's fun having McDonalds for breakfast, lunch and tea but then it turns nasty as the teenagers realise someone should have been looking after all those babies and toddlers, not to mention the hostilities between gangs. Throw in some strange mutations, nascent magic and a sinister dark force permeating the town then you have a chilling tale of desperate survival and mystery.

Gone is a book I really enjoyed because it was scary but romantic. You know it was long but enjoyable a lot of books will be boring at the beging, middle or end but Gone wasn't. WELL DONE Michael Grant!!!!!

After eveyone over the age of 15 disapears everyone 14 and below have to survive. gangs emerge and the kids of perido beach have a war on their hands!! fantastic not just for teens but adults aswell, i loved it and cant wait to read the second book!!
