I found this book an AMAZING read. I literally could not put it down. It was full of wonderous animals that you would never normally think about. I have recently started the second book and if it is as good as the first i know it will be a good read :)

One of the most amazing books i have ever read! Fast paced, witty and dangerous, Gone is definitely a must for any fan of Harry Potter, Xmen, Lord of the flies- pretty much everyone of my friends who've read it have adored it. The story follows Sam- a boy 12 days from his 15th birthday, as he tries to keep order in a world where everyone over the age of 15 poofs. We watch as he discoveres that a world with adults is hard enough but a world without them is so much harder. To top it all some kids have started developing mutant powers and nobody knows what to do. A really disturbing but brilliant read and i think that it should be in every one's library !!!!

I first bought this because someone I knew was reading it, but never expected it to be this good! It's full of plot twists and cliffhangers, I couldn't put it down. I'm about to move onto the third one, am very excited for it :) A great read.
“Breath-taking, creepy, 'The Hunger Games' meets 'The Maze Runner'”

This blew me away -- this is the creepiest book for the YA market I have read in a very long time, which sets it apart from anything else of the same genre I've read. It is gritty, harsh and doesn't shy away from some good ol' gore. I can't say much more, other than I am obsessed with this series, and if you like dystopian YA fiction, you're going to feel exactly the same. Really creepy, really gripping, with characters you can really get to love and hate (never anywhere in-between); loved this.

I bought this book in the shop as it was on 3 for 2 thinking it would be pretty good, when I got home I decided to start reading it. I was immediately hooked as it is clevely written. Gone is a great book for teenagers like myself as it is really exciting and has a bit of everything included - fantasy, mystery, romance, and more! It was so good I read the whole thing in two days and have ordered the sequel - Hunger!
