I've read a few sports autobiographies over the years and what strikes me immediately about this one that's it's just about Michael Johnson. In Gold Rush, other athletes are features almost as case studies and many of them Brits. If you're an athlete, it's a must read If you're a fan, it's a must read. If you're interested in the psychology of 'being a winner' as I am, it's certainly worth picking up.
