Fury bound was one of my most anticipated reads of 2026 and let me tell you it didn’t disappoint in fact it soared way above and it has firmly placed itself in my top 5 books read this year .Fury bound picks up straight after the end of Dire bound and phew there is no time to breathe , we have moved on from the training mat to the high stakes politics and intrigue of kings and queen at war .Fury bound is a fast paced fantasy with twist after twists , non stop action and mysteries galore.I had so many moments where I was like What? Why? How? So much brilliant foreshadowing and speechless moments .I really need to go back and reread direbound and Fury bound soon.Just so i can highlight all my theories .Fury bound introduces us to new places and new people , the world building is expanded , its detailed and cleverly woven through out to create a high stakes can’t put down fantasy that will leave you wanting more .In Fury bound we are introduced to Lucien and Niomi , oh my days these characters are the best .I love them so much .They are hilarious and bring so much humor to the story.I cant wait for you all to meet them.Now let’s talk about my emotional state during this book , this book will make you feel all the emotions.I really feel like I have whiplash. I went from laughing to ugly crying , back to laughing to weak kneed back to crying then to shock . oh and denial.Yes I am an emotional mess I beg you please read ,don’t be scared off .If your like me who thrives on the trauma then you’ll love that it does this too you .I loved Meryn and Starks growing relationship in this book,its not rushed , its a steady building of trust and mutual respect for each other underneath the attraction , it feels natural not forced.The dual pov were amazing .I loved being in stark head.Chefs kiss. but oh my the sparks are flying between Merynn and stark and holy smokes I’ve never experienced anything like it before.Lets just say my jaw was on the floor and there may of been drool .i won’t goes too much into this,you need to read to experience it for your self. Off the charts. That ending was not nice, I’m utterly unmoored and blindsided , i fear fury bound will live rent free in my head till I get book three. I’m eager to see how everything revealed in Fury bound will play out.Thank you for letting me read an early copy
