Fray is an inspirational graphic novel that suits a variety of audiences. The lead character is a believabley attractive girl called Fray. As is mentioned in the foreword, Fray makes a great heroine for girls to look up to and boys to ultimately fantasize over as she kicks ass in the slums of the future. As well as having flying cars, monsters, demons and really cool weapons, the dialogue, colouring and drawing are all phenomonal. This book makes a great present for any book lover, Joss Whedon fan, comic reader or anyone with a sense of humour. 5 out of 5, and i knew it from the first page.

I enjoyed the story and fray is a good character. The idea of seeing a future slayer was clever and well written. It's the art that lets this down for me. A good read though.
