Simply not fit for purpose. Tablet droops down no matter how far it's extended/shortened. Waste of money and clearly no one tested this. I was using a Tesco HUDL 2 which is a smaller tablet.

I bought this flexible tablet holder for my iPad 9th generation, mainly so that I could do over head filming for my YouTube channel, but also for watching videos and doing calls. It was quite hard to get the gooseneck into the tablet holder but this didn’t really matter.as soon as I tried to clip the clamp onto my desk I noticed how rubbish and cheaply made this product was. the clip wasn’t even lined up straight! Anyway when I put the iPad up to film the flimsy gooseneck just fell straight down, I tried loads of different angles and positions but none would stay up. I then tried an iPad mini which is half the weight and still no it refused to stay up. This is a stupid piece of toot that I don’t want you to waste your money on, Waterstones I am highly disappointed as I love your shop, please remove this item from your shelves as it is an absolute scam.

This product should be removed from Waterstone's shelves. The gooseneck is too flaccid at every angle to support a moderately sized smart phone let alone a small tablet. Utter junk. Tacky and impractical. Save your money and buy Waterstone's books. They'll support your tablet better.

Completely useless piece of equipment. Ball & socket joint between flexible arm and tablet frame cannot be tightened sufficiently so tablet just flops down, tablet gripping arms don't grip securely and tablet can fall out. The 'bulldog' clamp for attaching whole thing to a table etc is far too hard to operate, anyone with normal hand strength will struggle with it. Do not buy this!
