An absolute gem. This conveyed so much of the passion us enduring cricket fans feel particularly how easy some things take over your 'spare' time. From the 'owzthat' cricket series of Michaels youth to the organising of cricket tours, from playing in his parents shop to the dispair of his wife all struck chords within me and at as for his first pair of cricketing trousers; well, it jusy made me laugh-out-loud (not always a good thing when sat next to 'mr-serious-expression-buisnessman' on the 6:34 to St.Pancras every morning)If you like cricket buy it, if you don't like cricket, still buy as it's a cracking read. <PMK>
