Tim's book is one of the highlights of the year for me. Not only does he spectacularly capture the atmosphere and the excitement leading up to the opening of Eden - the eighth wonder of the world - but he captures the lows and the "how on earth's...?" You feel that you are there on the roller-coaster journey with the Eden Team. The updated elements of the book, to coincide with Eden's Tenth Birthday of opening to the public, (which incidentally is today as I write this) are from the heart and explain how adversity can be overcome, time and again. Smit's writing style is engaging and makes you want to know more. Go visit after reading this book and it really comes alive" like you wouldn't believe.
