I purchased this book with my 11 daughter, who is hoping to expand her cooking abilities, after rejecting the boring basic kids cookbooks as too easy and cake oriented. Now after cooking several recipes, I can safely say this book is exactly what it claims to be easy! But also amazingly tasty, which lots of "easy" recipes fail to be. This would be the perfect book for a new uni student or as a house warming gift for a takeaway lover. We haven't had a recipe fail yet, they are all simply laid out with easy to follow instructions and no weird and wonderful ingredients that are difficult to source.
