Reviews: Dough (3)
“Dough”
(Paperback)
by Agnes Inglis
I gave this book to my nephew as a Christmas present as he's recently become interested in bread making and he can't stop raving about it. He has read the book cover to cover and has started to bake bread using the recipes. He was amazed at the technique used to work the dough as seen on the free DVD received with the book. His mother has used a scone recipe from the book and said she won't go back to her 'tried & tested' recipe as these scones were delicious.

I bought this for a Christmas present , so I personally haven't made anything from it, but the recipient is absolutely delighted with it. He says it is easy to follow and the results are amazing.

Unique way of baking but it works. Easier kneeling than the conventional way we use in GB. Came with a DVDs which explains the method perfectly. Richard is a master of his trade and has helped me to make better contemporary bread . I give the book 5 star . I also give Waterstones the same for there fast efficient service.
