“BRILLIANT FINISH!!!!!!!!”
(Paperback)
This was a brilliant finish to a great sequal and I don't regret one second spent reading them. I enjoyed this book more than the second and third books and it was almost on an equal par with the first.
Callie-Rose and Toby bring back the romance to the book that made me fall in love with Noughts and Crosses. You can see the familiarity between their love and the love of Sephy and Callum.
Because the previous books were very moving and quite sad, I was expecting the worst to happen throughout the book.
It was brilliant mainly because it wasn't one of the soppy "and they all lived happily ever after" endings.
I don't want to give too much away to those of you who havent yet read the book but I strongly reccomend it be read.
Once again, well done Malorie Blackman!
“Double Cross”
(Hardback)
when i had heard that Malorie Blackman's knew book had come out i was so excited. After reading the three previous books : Noughts and Crosses, knife edge and Checkmate i anticipate that Double Cross will be as captivating as the three book before it. so i cannot give the true rating, but as soon as i have read the Double cross i shall give my true rating.
“Double Cross”
(Paperback)
I was worried it woudn't live up to the Noughts and Crosses triliogy. But, fortunately it is a billiant story of love, war and friendship. A book that fits with the rest and stands on its own. Couldn't put it down, I will read it again and again.
