This game was really great, as like all dobble games. Both kids and adults loved playing this new version, it took a little while to understand how to play it but soon got the hand of it and the competition kicked in. Our reason for 4 stars is we love dobble and find it’s great for keeping kids entertained whilst out and about, we found this one was not as good for this as the cards need to be spread out on the table/floor rather than contained in a smaller area. Other than that we loved the game and think it’s great.

We have Dobble Connect and took it away on holiday to play. My girls, age 7 and 9 love playing this. We’ve always loved played Dobble so this was a great new game to try. We are a little confused still at how many rounds we should be playing for the number of people or teams playing but it sort of doesn’t matter as you can just play as many rounds as you like really?! There are lots of new images to get to grips with but that’s part of the fun of learning a new game.

As a dobble loving family we we’re lucky enough to be gifted this in return for an honest review. It’s far trickier than you’d think but once we got into the swing of things it became fun blocking your opponents. It’s a fast dash with who sees

As original Dobble fans I was excited when we were sent Dobble Connect to try out. It took me a couple of reads of the instructions to fully understand the rules of the game (and I'm not sure my children still do!) but basically it's Dobble crossed with Connect Four. You have to match up the image on the card with the image on yours and be the fastest to four in a row whilst you opponent is also trying to create a row or block your row. It gets very competitive! It's a good family game for older children but for you her children I would still recommend the original Dobble. This one would make for an excellent adults game as it's so competitive and fast paced. Turning it into a drinking game would make for an incredibly messy evening! I love the bright colourful Dobble cards and the new symbols were fun to identify and read in the included booklet. It's still a pretty portable game as the cardboard box isn't too big so great for travel/holidays/ waiting at a restaurant but I personally missed the metal Dobble tin as I felt they are more durable than cardboard, I will see if the cardboard box stands the test of time. I would recommend this game but like I said more for adults or families with older children ☺️ I received the game for free but this is an honest review.

A great portable game which is ideal to transport on holiday. It is suitable for all from the age of 8. It is fast paced and a great team game. You have to spot the match and align the cards.
