First time Dobble player prior to receiving this game. I took this away for a holiday with friends and it proved to be a popular addition to our trip due to the variable weather. Competition was fierce amongst us although remained good humoured and we found once the rules were understood that time passed very quickly and a lot of fun was had. A mix of adults and younger people played and we all enjoyed ourselves. The size of the box which is not too big and fairly robust cards make this game ideal for taking on holiday and I would happily find room in my suitcase to take Dobble along for rainy days.

A fast paced game for all the family, which can be played anywhere and anytime! Can be easily slowed down for younger children to play or perfect for competitive players to go wild!

We absolutely love this game! We played it a few times to understand the instructions fully and now we love it so much that we have packed it to take away on holiday with us! It makes you very competitive! When you win a round, you end up with other players' cards and you can accidentally help them win! Even though you know all cards have a match with other cards, sometimes you cannot see it at all! Such a great game and one will definitely play again and again and again!

This game is great fun for all the family. It’s a handy size for travel, we took it with us on our road trip to the Netherlands. The aim of the game is to join 4 cards in a row by matching pictures whilst trying to block your opponents. I love that this can be played in teams or 1 vs 1 - 4 vs 4. My 9 year old is very competitive some rounds he was flying through shouting out the name of the picture he was matching , other rounds he was getting very frustrated that he couldn’t find the matching picture quick enough. No two rounds are the same. I like that this game doesn’t go on for hours and can be played quickly if you have 10mins to kill or you can keep playing for aslong as you like. Highly recommend this game… would make a great stocking filler for any age.

Dobble connect can be played as part of a team or individual challengers. Plays can be from 2-8. The pack contains four different colours orange, green, blue and pink each player or team has a stack of the same coloured cards. The black cards are centre cards/ starting cards - we also used these for the winner of each round as they have trophies on the back to keep track of the winners of each rounds. The rules slightly confusing after a few games played we easily got the hang of it. Aim of the game is to match four of your colour cards in a row it got heated with kids blocking each each. A cleared space is required to enable cards to be placed next to each other. Great for any age - matching pictures to each card the recommended age 8+ but I feel younger children wouldn't have a problem matching the symbols in a slower game mode. We got slightly noisy and competitive when shouting out the item which matches. We love Dobble and handy to take on trips away I would recommend to friends and family
