I have seen a few of these on various platforms and thought I would treat myself to a copy. I was very pleased with it and several brought a wry smile to my face. The author is a long term sufferer of mental health challenges and so has an excellent insight in the dark spaces that we hold within us and chooses to fight back by bringing sunlight to his darkest thoughts and so challenge the banality of the normal swage of pappy sentimental affirmations on instant offer from well meaning others. Great stuff
