Reviews: Deep Work (3)
“Perfect whether you're studying or working”
(Paperback)
by Claire Pitts
Very easy to read and understand, Cal Newport explains the ever-increasing importance of being able to complete Deep Work. As someone who is easily distracted, the idea of being able to concentrate and get 'lost' in my work is attractive. The book covers how this ability is in decline and therefore anyone who can achieve it will set themselves apart. The book gives great tips to implement and looks at ways in which people achieve this 'deep work'. Highly recommend.

I bought this book as I was looking for ways to improve concentration and productivity. It combines useful common sense suggestions with more complex, researched theories.
