David Mark knows how to write crime fiction as he spent seven years as a crime reporter.

Well I thought I had read the first in this series......but it seems I haven't....must double check this. I think it probably would have been best to have read the previous books as I would have had greater understanding of the characters. However, it certainly kept me guessing until the very end.
