As an avid crafter this book was a must have and even though it turned out differently to what I was expecting; the methodical, relaxing, tone and insight proved to be worth it anyway. Craeft is about the history of crafting, from making hay to crafting baskets; this book takes a long look into history and we craft. Crafting is now in a golden age and to know ones history is really understand and have a new found appreciation for ones work. This book is informative, fulfilling and insightful. All avid crafters must read to see where they come from and where they are going.
