Reviews: Cookie (7)
“13”
(Paperback)
I read this almost a year ago and actually really enjoyed it, even though I didn't think I would.
“Cookie”
(Paperback)
My name is Chloe, I am 10 and three quarters and I go to Linaker Primary School.
Cookie is a great book for children aged 10+. Beauty Cookson is plain and timid, and all of the super-confident and snooty girls at school think her name is ridiculous and tease her horribly. Can she get away from ALL the bullies?
My opinion on the is that this is a funny and excellent book by Jacqueline WIlson (I think that all of the JW books are fab!)
I would compare this book to one of my favourites which is called Little Darlings. Little Darlings is similiar to this book because the main characters in both books spend a lot of time with their Dads even though they are mean to them.
I think that you should read this fun book because it is very enjoyable.
Will Cookie stand up to the bullies?
