It made my blood boil! I just couldn't put it down, I needed to continue reading despite being disturbing. It is a short book that reads quickly despite its content. Think of My Dark Vanessa but in real life. This is a memoir and it is so much more powerful. I still can't believe that people allowed things to happen. Look out for the trigger warnings before picking this up but is one worth reading.
