“Screaming out to be read!!!”
(Paperback)
by Philip Kerr
At last. The Metal God speaks! And what a great speaking voice. This is certainly one to the most interesting, and most candid, memoirs I have ever read. Having been a fan for years, I was inevitably going to read this book, and what a story. From extremely humble beginnings, but with constant determination, Rob forged a career which is second to none. He truly is, in himself, an English institution, and his band, Judas Priest, is fundamental to the creation of heavy metal. Absolutely recommended to metal fans and non-metal fans alike!
“Metal maniac must read”
(Hardback)
by FishKeeper
Rob Halford opens up about tragedy, comedy and everything in between in his book and the name confession really does fit his story. The book flows well from one story to the next and from start to finish you can learn about Rob Halford's life and the long path to becoming himself. There are lessons that can be learned from his story about addiction and being yourself. Rob holds nothing back when talking of emotion and you can really feel the depth of his story. This book is a must read for metal maniacs, written by the metal god himself.
