I love this book! It’s good to compare recipes with those in my other Middle Eastern cookbooks; Ingredients are easy to find too - not always the case living in a rural part of the country. As for links to the restaurants, I like the ‘day in the life of’ a Bubala chef. Top tip - a simple win - make the confit garlic! Enjoy.

I love this book. I have several Middle Eastern cookbooks and I like to compare recipes from different authors - this has easy to find ingredients too (not easy in rural UK). I have already used my first batch of confit garlic…it lasted only a week!
