This was the first Nick Spalding book I have read, & to be honest, I will go on to read more of his work. Although I didn't find the book "Laugh out loud" funny as others have, I did have a chuckle from time to time. The story follows a brother & sister as they renovate a house, left to them in their late grandmother's will. The story moves along at a reasonable pace introducing us to numerous funny characters along the way.. Expect some twists & turn and an ending you might not have expected.
