I wasn’t sure what to expect with this book but I was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed learning more about Sue’s early life, but I preferred the second part of the book as it had more advice and experiences I could relate to. I liked the fact that at the end of the chapters there were tips which I found really helpful. An enjoyable positive read for middle aged women.
