Practical Management Science: Spreadsheet Modeling and Applications

This edition includes new chapters which introduce the basics of spreadsheet modelling and emphasize "Genetic Solver". Modelling skills are demonstrated using Microsoft Excel and are incorporated throughout. The use of spreadsheets in this text allows users of varying mathematical backgrounds to build skills as they work through sophisticated problems. There are interdisciplinary examples and problems-covering topics such as portfolio selection, options and pricing. Modelling is taught by using models that can be used in a variety of problems.
