Assessing Candidate Performance: A Pack for TDLB D32

A central strand of the NCVQ's approach to the new Vocational Qualifications is that those assessing competence should themselves have achieved an NVQ in competence assessment. All assessors in all subjects, therefore, need basic unit TDLB 32 (Training Development Lead Body), for which this pack has been produced. This pack facilitates study by providing explanatory notes, checklists and about 25 detachable forms which can be completed and included in the trainee's portfolio of evidence. Also included are guidelines provided by the awarding body. The format allows required pages to be easily transferred to an A4 ringbound portfolio of evidence.
