Beginning in 1995, the annual conferences of the Hydraulic and Irrigation and Drainage Divisions have combined to become the International Water Resources Engineering Conference. The objective of the Conference is to provide an annual forum for discussion and exchange of information on the broad spectrum of important issues in Water Resources Engineering.
