The Devil's Dance

When young Rebecca Mariott, daughter of the local landowner, names smuggler's son Timothy Ryland as responsible for the child she is carrying, she opens a Pandora's box of evils. Timothy is thrashed by his father, Josh, before he has a chance to inform him that he is in fact not the man responsible. Instead, he promises an accounting between them in the future because his father had accepted his guilt without question.
