Technical Mathematics with Calculus

The amount and level of technical sophistication are growing at a phenomenal rate. To be equipped to deal with the complexities of today's increasingly technical society, individuals must have a strong base in mathematics that they can apply to a variety of situations. This book has been developed to provide such a base for students who are enrolled in college- level technical, pre-engineering and career-orientated programs. The subject matter covers algebra, trigonometry and calculus. Topics have been integrated so that students may be enrolled concurrently in certain technical subjects and a mathematics course. The topics can, however, be easily separated to form independent courses of technical algebra, trigonometry and calculus.
