Simply Creative Quilts

Practical quilting is the theme of these creative projects from designer Maya Chaimovich. The designs are practical, featuring a combination of bed covers, wall hangings and other useful projects for the home. Accessible to all quilters, the designs employ basic techniques such as variations of work with stripes, squares and crazy quilting, as well as combinations of techniques, leaving room for quilters to experiment with the designs as they wish. Maya even showcases her practicality through the use of recycled fabrics in some of her designs, rather than using all new materials to achieve her charming, yet very usable results.
