Oncogenes

This book reviews the major themes of research within the field of cellular genes which function abnormally during oncogenic transformation. It starts with a chapter covering the variety of cellular processes that can be affected by oncogenes and then major facets of these processes are discussed. These include retroviral insertions, chromosomal abnormalities, gene products of ocogenes and transforming proteins specified by the DNA of tumour virus.
