Nursing Informatics ’91: Proceedings of the Post Conference on Health Care Information Technology: Implications for Change

This volume deals with the implications of information technology in health care for organizational change. Its purpose is to move the emphasis away from the technology, towards people and organizations. It also aims to provide guidelines on the successful implementation and utilization of IT by nurses in health care settings.
