This will be a comprehensive, major revision of a previous work detailing and inclusive of promising and effective neuroengineering techniques and technologies. This includes neuromodulaiton and neural augmentation. It's aim is to provide the definitive reference on the basic science, fundamental technologies, clinical application and efficacy of the spectrum of neuroengineering.
