Multijunction Solar Cells: Theory and Applications

While there are many available texts covering the basic principles of single-junction cells and their implementation, until now, no textbook has adequately addressed the topic of multijunction cells. "Multijunction Solar Cells" fills this gap in the literature, providing an in-depth description of multijunction cell science and technology. The first few chapters are devoted to the fundamental science of photovoltaics (PVs), the technology of single-junction cells, and growth and fabrication techniques.
