Mauro Staccioli: Entering and Exiting

In June 2000 at the Laboratorio Internazionale in Mogliano Veneto for young sculptors, Mauro Staccioli, one of the leading figures in international contemporary sculpture was invited to enter into a dialogue with his young colleagues and produce a small one-man exhibition. With great enthusiasm, the artist presented an overview of his recent work. The 60 photographs by Roberta Orio are a diary of Staccioli's work, his thoughts and his process, resulting in this publication being both an intimate diary and a public record of the event.
