Livewire!

During a party in the Metropolis Centennial Park, a bolt of lightning strikes radio "shock jock" Leslie Willis. When she awakes, Willis has gained the power to control electricity . . . and gained an even greater hated of Superman. Soon, the newly named Livewire sends shockwaves throughout the city and threatens the lives of Metropolis's citizens. Only Superman can stop this deadly electric lady.
