Light

Discovery starts with a single word - Light. I know what light is. Light comes from the Sun, from a light bulb, and from candles. What else do I know about light? Learning about light is introduced from a starting point that your child will already know, encouraging them to find out about their daily life and the world around them. Lamps help me see in the dark, but how do they work? The Sun gives out light but what is it? How far away is it? Those are the facts, now for the fun.
