Inside Out

Inside Out: Journey of Meditation aims to take the reader along with the author on a voyage of discovery into our own minds. Readers will be able to identify with many of the short stories, and may find ideas that they can try themselves.

The title Inside Out seems contradictory to our experience of life as we move from one distraction to the next, from one taste to the next, from one holiday destination to the next, and even as we move through relationships or friendships - endlessly seeking to satisfy an unnamed or unsatisfied emptiness deep within.
