Hapun: Ou La Nation Perdue

A Lithuanian poet from Mensk who, being 21 years old had burnt his lyric to please the nomenklatura and become mute like the others, managed to earn by his English-French freelancing some money to build a small house and visit Mexico. Upon his return home in August 1982 he'd been trapped by the KGB. The hapun ruined his life and career. This deep and cogent record of the modern, incessant Russian or Muskal's slaughter of the East European non-Slav but Russified folks and their habitat, hapun, shatters the imagination. How easily the Kremlin, the vastest empire ever to exist on the global surface, had fooled the world and left its further expansion and millions of its homicides sealed off, framed and misinterpreted.
