Galapagos: Ocean, Earth, Wind and Fire

This is a collection of stunning photographs of the Galapagos Islands taken by Jonathan Green during his time spent on the islands over 14 years. He aims to communicate through his photographs what it feels like to be part of this unique environment. It includes introductory chapters on the history, geology, climate and ocean currents of the islands. It also provides an overview of the process of evolution on these remote islands, and the effect of introduced plants and animals.
