This, the 56th volume of Current Legal Problems, like its predecessors, explores a wide variety of issues.The contributions range across Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, Private Law, International Law and EC Law. Subjects explored this year include the jurisprudence of Genesis; the law of delict; fair trials and safe convictions; and war, terrorism, and international law.
