Contested Pleasures: Words and Worlds of Desire

This text is a follow-up to "Identities in Pain". In a Nordic-Greek collaboration scholars from universities in Greece and Scandinavia discuss the keywords "body", "pleasure" and "health". Using concepts of "pleasure" and "desire" as starting points, the authors have contributed empirical studies from specific perspectives which make up an interdisciplinary book about fundamental issues in the problematics of being human.
