Constructing Narratives

This is an excellent photocopiable series to develop pupils' skills and confidence to write effective creative stories. It features activities that follow a progressive step-by-step approach to develop the writing process. Each section explores a different component of the writing process, including planning, writing, polishing and presenting, and creating colourful characters, descriptive settings and effective dialogue. Each activity is accompanied by detailed teachers notes and suggestions for additional activities.
