"Acorn Plus" titles introduce curriculum concepts to new readers aged 4+. The books use a large format, high-quality photos and simple text to provide an overview of key curriculum topics for young readers. Each "Acorn Plus" title provides a general introduction to or summary of essential primary curriculum topics, and high quality photographs and text structures to develop readers' understanding and enjoyment of information texts. The large format enables the book to be used for shared reading and group work. The books are designed to work particularly well alongside our "Acorn" series of first information books.
