Synopsis
The aim of this book is to explore the regulation of broadcasting in five countries: Britain, France, Germany, Italy and the United States. Generally it takes as its starting point the law in the UK and then looks at the comparable rules elsewhere. The book includes a chapter on international and European Law. It should be of interest to scholars of constitutional and administrative law and media law, as well as specialized practitioners working in media and entertainment law.
