Bispham Brook

Escaping from the floods that have devastated both her home and its surroundings in the Severn Valley. Fiona takes her two children and returns back to the peace and tranquillity of her former childhood home. Peace and Tranquillity? Well she is hardly going to find that in Bispham with a brook that winds its way mysteriously through the village and carries with it a secret; a boat that flounders off the coast in a storm and an ex-boy friend who also has his own secrets! Indeed matters can only seem to get worse when after two murders in the place her own husband becomes implicated! Meantime there are the foibles and eccentricities of village life to cope with, not to mention a Lady Mayor who appears to prefer to hang out of helicopters rather than attend to her Mayoral duties.
