Synopsis

She captures the heart of the young centurion who saves her. Then she is ordered to kill him.

Taken as a prisoner to Rome, Clio is reborn as Achillea; a fierce gladiatrix who rises to fame in the arena. The young centurion Marcus Petreius, who captured her, soon finds himself falling for the very girl Rome expects to fight and die for its glory.

But after the Assassination of Julius Caesar, the world they know begins to fracture. As a ruthless new emperor rules, Marcus is ordered to hunt his own people, while Achillea’s loyalty is pushed to its limit.

Then the unthinkable happens.

Before a roaring crowd, Achillea is commanded to face Marcus in a fight to the death.

In a city ruled by power and betrayal, they must choose: obey Rome… or risk everything for love.
