Arthur Cope has a dream. Every English teenager in the 1960's held dreams of becoming a pop star having no regard to Andy Warhol's stated 15 minutes of notoriety against becoming famous forever! Arthur's dream is so personal that it becomes an obsession, however real, achievable and available it appears to Arthur he will not acknowledge the handicaps that stare him in the face.
