A Framework for Teaching Phonics: To Support Letters and Sounds

Letters and Sounds has been revised and updated for the first time since 2007 and provides a framework for teaching systematic synthetic phonics.

This new edition supports schools to ensure their phonics teaching and practice is in line with current best practice, as outlined in the Ofsted 2019 Education Inspection Framework and Handbook.
