Celebrating the publication of The Book of St. JOHN, we are thrilled to welcome two titans of London’s culinary world, Fergus Henderson and Trevor Gulliver for an intimate evening of conversation here at Hatchards Piccadilly.
The restaurant, established in 1994, has become renowned for its simplicity, its respect for quality ingredients and as a pioneer in zero waste cooking. Moreover the menu is replete with tantalising recipes that have become much loved over the years.
Tonight then, Fergus and Trevor will explore the past twenty five years, ethos and innovative practices of St. JOHN and the food that has inspired a generation of chefs and home cooks.
